I would have to guess that it probably would
work, but white
chocolate really isn't
chocolate at all (and definitely has a different nutritional / antioxidant profile), and its ingredients may react a bit differently in melting to combine
with the evaporated
milk.

works with chocolate cakes, instead of soy
milk use water the same ammount of water as you would've used soy and half a cup — a whole cup of rice - bran oil depending on how moist you like it!

We are not vegan so I was wondering if they would

We joined the tango in this flavor,
working back - and - forth
with Nicole to create a marzipan custard ice cream that pairs seamlessly
with a malted
milk chocolate fudge.
The
chocolate discs are ok (a bit too big to
work with), so I think I'll go back to my mix of chopped semisweet and
milk callebaut for the next round.
Feel free to play around
with different toppings - I imagine that a drizzle of melted white /
milk chocolate or different types of chopped nuts or seeds would also
work well here.
However, raspberries go well
with all kinds of
chocolates, so I have made this exact same recipe using both
milk and dark
chocolate chips to replace the white
chocolate and it
worked like a charm.
Andy — my kids school does provide lowfat choc
milk with meals and while I
work with my kids to avoid that and chose better... when my 5 and 7 year olds are at school away from mom's eyes they are going to go for the
chocolate every time!

These muffins look absolutely amazing and while I'm not a huge fan of white
chocolate, not even of
milk chocolate, I can easily imagine how well the combination
