«It's important to improve the squad but right now I'm very happy to
work with these players because they've shown me great commitment every day and that important for me.

I've seen entrepreneurs
work for days trying to come up
with a fair offer for someone they'd love to have onboard - sweating the numbers, comparing the offer to the comp of other key
players, checking
with outside advisors, doing every bit of homework possible in order to get to their best proposal. They become heavily invested (financially, but even more psychologically) in the offer and the outcome
because they believe it's fair to everyone and the absolute best they can do.
«I knew Jay before he was in the NBA and I knew he had a great reputation
with players because he had
worked with Kemba Walker,» Silas said.
ozil is not that
player for arsenal,
because we need the
work with and without the ball
The match against Norwich in the 2013 - 2014 season, is a match I will always remember,
because in that game, Wilshere scored a beautiful goal; he
worked his way past several Norwich
players,
with the ball glued to his leg, before scoring a beautiful goal.
My advice to wenger, he should simply resign at the end of the season, either quietly or openly,
because I don't see us competing in anything next season having him and Stan still
working together,
with the very low mentality in the club, listen to wenger's press conferences, he seems to have one excuse after each poor game, yet he can't correct it there on the field of play before the game ends, I have never heard the
players saying he shouted at them or he was angry
with their first half performance, he doesn't have a winning mentality.
If we start this season
with those two in our starting 11 it will be a clear sign from this organization that nothing has changed and that we will never get it right until both Kroenke and Wenger are gone... neither one of these
players should still be
with our club at this point
because they represent the settling half - measures that have plagued this team for a number of years... this is what I call the «no man's land» of the soccer world, where teams don't have enough talented young
players, unlike a Monaco or Dortmund,
because they have lost the plot from an organizational standpoint... they are so reliant on one individual to run the whole operation that their once relevant scouting department has become so antiquated that it can no longer find those hidden gems it once had... furthermore, when you leave all decision - making to a manager who despises any dissenting opinions, your management team becomes little more than a stagnant group of «yes men» and no new ideas emerge... so instead of developing a team
with the qualities necessary to excel in a particular system, you continually make half - brain purchases year after year to stifle dissent from the ticket - buying public, then try desperately to finagle together a lineup regardless of what would make positional sense... have you ever heard of a team who plays
players out of position so often... of course not
because that manager would likely be fired and never
work for a team of any consequence ever again
This is simple a very intelligent child can solve this problem.Firstly today our keeper was very poor however i know he will come good.By the way why is Paulista no getting his chance. What i have observed about arsenal since we signed Mertesacker from day one and since he started playing is that Mertesacker hardly gets involved you will usually see him a few times
because he does not want to get caught out.e has always been a weak link in the defence even in his greatest performances here. When i see us playing
with a high line and he is there i always laugh. It is just a mistake waiting to happen and i can tell u that it will happen again this season.Secondly why is Ramsey Cazorla and Ozil playing in the same line - up in a 4 -5-1 formation. That is just not right though it will win you some matches due to individual brilliance. It wont
work at all.Lastly the least i say about Giroud the better i am not judging him on one game. One would imagine if he was not french and like chinese will he be getting these chances under Wenger. To me he will always be an average
player and i will stand by my word even if he has good games.
Why not call for Dein to come back and
work with Wenger again, Dein is leading Red and White holdings for Usmanov... Dein was the man who broke our own transfer record
because Wenger asked him to buy a
player he use to manage.
This guy is the closest thing to a complete striker (since Henry left) pending he starts being clinical so yeah we have a lot of expectations for him if not this season than the next one
because if not it's just another
player with lots of talent / ability to play the way AFC like
with work rate and occasional goal but nothing else...
He'll be under extreme pressure,
because everyone will be expecting that it would just
work and he'll be faced
with playing only English
players!
In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category
because of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never played better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured
player to handle the taxing duties that come
with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put on a weekly contract then played until he suffers his first injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped - out and no one should very be allowed to say his name on club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average
players who couldn't make any of the top 7 teams currently in the EPL... both have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top quality and no good team can afford to have that many average
players on their bench playing the same position, especially
with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies... as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive
work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill
with his left foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure has been directly related to the failure of this club to provide him
with the necessary
players up front, minus Sanchez of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger's)
If the
player wasn't
working out for us, it has usually been
because he either was never world class to begin
with, or Wenger couldn't find a way to utilize the
player in a way where he might show some world class.
It
works with Wales
because he is
with Gareth Bale the only true WC
players in the squad and will commend every ball pretty much.
I certainly know that it is not through a lack of interest from top
players to join the Arsenal and I'm sure that when they sign — they do so mainly
because of the chance to
work with Arsene Wenger — just ask Ozil, Alexis and Cech (and Suarez seemed keen too).
I think it is vital to keep santi for as long as we can
because on his day he is world class and I don't think I can say that for many
players in this team, if jack and aaron were willing to rotate
with ozil and cazorla it could
work but I think even at 30 cazorla wants to start every match and I don't see wenger dropping wilshere or ramsey or rotating
because he only really does that through injury
Can anyone honestly tell me where has the board or arsene or
players even mention any one or two years deals its pure speculation to say the least much last ke alot of our transfer rumours nobody knows what is really happening bookies or press alike just like to wind up the arsenal supporter's
because it massive tension atm
with losses and the future uncertain but be rest assured the outcome might be a surprising one yet like ok at ozil and sanchez transfers no body knew a thing about them until they were signed maybe the club are
working under the radar to bring new manager.
Gnabry is an exciting talent but he has had a few injuries, let him get over that issue on loan and not end up being injured when we need him
because we didn't buy... Put Welbeck as a wide attacker as I believe Wenger will deploy him out wide to learn more and to
work on his shooting, like Theo was a wide
player for most of his development
with Wenger.
«I played
with Juan Sebastian Veron, who was one of the most talented
players on the planet, but sometimes it happens where it doesn't
work out, maybe
because of injuries or maybe being played out of position.»
this window has just finished i am already thinking about who we will get for the january window we might try for khedira on a really low offer as he is free agent almost would help boost numbers in midfield in the new year as we will no doubt need to filling the numbers about then also i will hold my hands up and say i was wrong this morning for giving wenger stick and saying welbeck is rubbish i have been out in the cold light of day and had a chance to reevaluate the situation and realized that this could be a canny shrew transfer on wenger behalf actually if wenger can turn the clock back and
work his magic on welbeck and get him scoring goals and improve his game then we could have a great underrated signing on our hands its wengers absolute trust in him that might be what makes him a great
player as this is something that he never had at old mordor if anybody can make him a world beater wenger can he loves this little pet projects improving
players against the odds welbeck has the skillset to be high class
player upfornt he just needs to
work very hard on his finishing i think once he gets a few goals under his belt he will settle in fine and he is a team
player you could put him on the left against man city to shore up that side and he will put in a great shift without a complaint that could be his biggest asset to us or on the right whenever we need him there ithinkwenger might start himon the left against city to protect the left back against navas and i bet you if he does a great job we will take a shine to him quickly i am hopeing he will be one of those wenger gems that he finds and polishes up to a high finish i must admit i was annoyed as some other gunners were at not signing d / m and c / h but if wenger does win the league
with this lot it will be his greatest win yet and what might play in to our hands is the unpredictable nature of the league in the last few seasons if we get on a good run at the right time we might be hard to stop look at city they should have never lost to stoke but the result is there in black and white for all to see and i think chelsea will hit the skids after a while to just
because cesc and costa are doing well now thats there main threat but teams will
work out how to stop them as the season goes on and chelsea will become predictable i think we might just do well this season after all
During that period, we had a very shallow squad dominated by young inexperienced
players simply
because the club didn't offer any proper transfer funds for the manager to
work with.
What I want Jack Wilshere to do is to train harder and push himself to deliver consistent quality performances.I want him ti stop livingon potential
because he still has the ability to play fod the best teams in tbe world. He needs to
work harder, train harder and motivate himself more. This is why I want Wenger gone
because I want a different manager
with a new mentality for some of our
players.A lot of our
players would really improve and many here will be shocksd under a new manager.
He has overused and overplayed our thin squad - as he usually does every season —
with the very few quality
players doing his dirty
work because he does not want to spend money on having quality in depth.
I'm not saying that we don't have determined
players with good
work rates, because we've got player's like Mertesacker, Wilshere, Giroud, Ramsey, OX, Walcott, Sanogo (DO NT QUESTION HIS WORK RATE VS BAYERN AND LIVERPOOL, THE LAD PLAYED VERY WELL), Debuchy and too many oth
work rates,
because we've got

WORK RATE VS BAYERN AND LIVERPOOL, THE LAD PLAYED VERY WELL), Debuchy and too many others.
I think we cant achieve invincible's record
because we have a good squad and add 3 world class i know we can get there, i want a world class striker lacazette or next top class i want wenger to really
work on the ox
because he will be a world class
player anytime he starts banging goals in and i want a kongdgobia to rotate
with le coq and a centre back mert is good but we need a varane type and i hope gabriel will mold into that this season we do nt need hummels he is too slow as mert
Can our coaches not
work with the
players,
because having Arsene in France would prob help us more so.
lol at the expert fanbase deriding our own
players Ramsey is a fantastic footballer
with a great engine and a
work ethic gives his all when he playes H was one of the best
players at the last euros or did people forget that It's really sad to se our moronic fanbase who keep attacking their own
players as if they know all about football and tactics Do you forget that he has scored in two cup finals Ask yourselves what have you achieved when criticising others At the rate at icy the moronic Arsenal fanbase hating their own
players and Manager so viciously what too
player would cme and play for us Look at teams like pool or spuds don't an fuk all but their fans support their teams no matter what It used to be like that at Arsenal but now we have the worst fanbase in football I know
because I have bee a season t it holder since the 70s Hat a spoilt bunch of useless fans we have now mrs so sad to see COYG
Any motivate the
players he don't know how to be tactical he just picks the team and tells the same thing it's not
working change it ever team will not play open so wenger needs to change the team
players and style to defeat that also if a team presses us wenger does nothing to get round that same team same tactics that's the issue that's why arsenal won't win the league it's like a boxer going for head all the time you need to go for body to open up the other for the head shot wenger is to soft and it's transfers to the
players remember the team he had before always makeing runs stretching teams even if they are sitting back spread there whole back line and midfield
with run after run arsenal don't do that anymore they don't even shoot outside the box you know why
because wenger tells them not to another tactic to draw another team out Ramsey can shoot but he never shoots anymore why is that wenger fact thanks guys.
which is the opposite of Spanish big 2 clubs where they do have inexperience managers but their supporting them
with players recruitment and they always wins something big within 2 years. The only hope i have is behind the scene changes towards next season i mean sven and Sanllehi and wenger to leave Arsenal at the end of this season otherwise is not gonna
work because of chemistry
With the level of fitness these guys have, hard
work and endurance is not a blessing, it is a mindset that some
players have either adopted to better themselves, and which some have chosen to neglect and disregard
because they are lazy or just couldn't be arsed.
Wenger can win the champions league
with the kind
players at PSG.Needles to say he has been compelled to
work with average
players at arsenal
because of financial restrictions, but he never raised a finger to anyone. He was at mbappe home trying to convince him to join arsenal not to mention all the great
players we had during his time joined
because of Wenger reputation, he revolutionized the the epl
If he change the sistem in 4 -3-3 not 4 -1-4-1 (like a little team who stay in the defense to try to surprise big teams),
because we have 3 good
players who can play strikers, Walcott, Welbeck, Sanchez, and if that don't
work can remove they to wingers or replace
with Ox, Cazorla, etc..
He benched him
because his
work rate isn't the best and Although in some games he's one of the best
players on the pitch a lot of games he doesn't fit he doesn't link in
with how we play And Podolski's career has been like that throughout at all the clubs he's played.
English
players / teams always giving free kicks away
because not many English
players or managers
work overseas to understand the system
with diferent FF, s and ref, s
It's got so sad I'm thinking Jonny Evans be good signing
because I'm thinking he's better than wat we have sad but true mustafi is a lerk one min good next min tackles fresh air, BFG is a wheelchair it's embarrassing kos is injury away from retirement oh but we have Monreal great
player but not center back it's joke wenger loves football so that's why going forward we look good but defending not he's game bring back George graham just as defensive coach jez even Sam allardyce has Everton a lot tighter it's fact we can't defend for years I'm sick saying wenger is and will always be arsenal great always in my eyes but he has go for good of everyone we need young fresh manager and not someone mr wenger hand picks and he goes upstairs won't
work can't
work we need let new coaches do there job and let new manager do he's and please give him money spend and laugh if ye want but the man for new job has be allergi has be if can't get den Luis Enrique if not him get Henry
with vieria wat a buzz it be
with them 2 my point.
If Wenger leaves then a lot of our
players will leave
because most of them are here only
because they want to
work with Wenger
While it really shouldn't be what is important,
because it's still relatively unusual / rare for a woman to be
working in the NFL
with the
players like this, like it or not.
we have become so reliant upon one individual to run the whole operation that our once relevant scouting department has become so stagnant that it can no longer find those hidden gems it once... when this occurs the management team, who by this juncture is little more than a congregation of spefically chosen «yes» men, making it incredibly difficult for new ideas to emerge and / or transfers / contract renegotiations to be dealt
with in a timely and effective manner... so instead of developing a team
with the qualities necessary to excel in a particular system, you continually make half - brain purchases then try desperately to finagle together a lineup regardless of what would make positional sense... have you ever heard of a team who plays
players out of position so often... of course not
because that manager would likely be fired and never
work for a team of any consequence ever again
this is just daft walcott is english so is welbeck gnabry is German campbell is costarican djorou is from Switzerland and if your cpmplaining of the amount of black lads in the academy then take it up
with the yoputh system
because these kids
work their asses off to be football
players so obviously you are racist
I am one of Ozil critics, nothing personal at all, just I'm a fan of hard
working players that is not only about distance covered but the effectiveness
because you might just roam the pitch
with no any significant effect (defense or attack).
It's not rocket science, these are basic theories / opinions which many think would make us great, but the obstinate one will not do what other want him to
because he is obsessed
with proving sensible voices wrong by playing decent (but not great)
players and playing in a stylish fluid manner, which other teams have
worked out and which makes us largely one dimensional.
«I think I'm a better
player than I was before,
because I've learned what pitchers want to do
with me and how I have to
work the count,» Sanders says.
I think some fans struggle to comprehend that just
because we see these fringe
players on a very limited basis, Wenger and Co. actually
work with these
players for the majority of the week.
i would welcome Arteta as our new manager just
because he understands Tiki Taka football playing for Arsenal and also it would help
with not changing the whole team and
players under a new manager and start from Zero, Arteta has been
working well for Pep who is the king of tiki taka, my firs choice would be Pep but obviously we can not have him,
Because of this season's Champions League games, Brendan Rodgers (and Arsene Wenger of course) do not have the same amount of time to
work with the
players and get the new squad drilled into what he wants from them and get them used to playing together.
And bad thing i dislike about Wenger was lying to Arsenal fans during transfer wait till last minute and not bring in anybody and come out
with dishonest answers we did not find anybody in this transfer window or get somebody like Kim Kastrom who was never going to help improve a squad
because he had a bad back or keep bring in a bunch of
players whom
work permit was going to be a biggest problem to get — i will not forgive him for those stuffs he used to do
but Sanchez our best
player world class now one serious bid we hear Man City Chelsea Man United Bayern Munich PSG wants him but not one serious offer i think manager are afraid of
working with him
because of how he over play the game
I don't know if it would
work moving him forward slightly
because we usually go
with at least one box to box
player.
And this break gives Arsene Wenger some much needed time to
work with his
players on the training field,
because the World Cup, injuries and our heavy fixture schedule have not really made that possible.
From refusing to
work with certain top agents
because of what he saw as their skewed moral compasses, to categorically avoiding to ever throw a
player under contract at Arsenal under the bus at any point, no matter how poor the performances were collectively or their performances were individually.
