reduce worker exposure — and ways they might do that — but it has no enforcement power.
Advised client on compliance with various OSHA standards, including retention of health and safety consultant to review compliance with OSHA standards, and coordinated with litigation counsel in anticipation of possible litigation resulting from
alleged worker exposure.
Other suits will no doubt be filed for power outage lawsuits, price gouging, negligence cases (remember the construction crane collapse in Manhattan),
worker exposure suits, and likely some toxic tort suits related to spilled chemicals.
