work to truly decide if these drinks really are a
health food or not, and more times than not if it's found
in a bottle at the grocery
store there are going to be some added ingredients and some amount of added sugar
in that bottle.
If you prefer a more collaborative
work environment, you might want to offer your services
in a wellness center, chiropractic office, spa, retreat venue, fitness club, community
health clinic, natural
foods store, or another place where caring professionals come together to help people transform their lives.
You may want to check with the
health food store and see if they have a kefir cheese similar to cottage cheese which should
work, as long as the flax oil blends
in and does not float back to the top.
And the creams found
in health food stores do not
work because they're not prescription progesterone.
You should be able to find cacao powder at most
health food stores, but unsweetened cocoa powder would
work in this recipe too.
