work within his boundarys and yes i attend church and enjoy it.I love the people and i love hearing the word and worshipping the Lord even if others are still bound up with traditions thats not my walk thats theres. My focus is to do what the Lord wants me to do.There have been times i have said no to the pastor he does nt understand why i choose not to lead the worship.i query him as well regarding the idea that its not just performing a function because there is a need our hearts have to be
in the right place so that the Lord can use us but he did nt understand where i was coming from and thats okay because of that i just said no until my heart is right i am better not being involved
in leading. But i am happy to be an encouragement to others

in the past.So my focus has been just the singing and being part of different worship
teams i think the Lord has other plans as the groups i am

in his way it builds up the body and it brings glory to him.May the Lord continue to show you what he wants you to do even though others may not understand your reasons i just want you to know that you do nt have to pull away completely just

In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never played better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured player to handle the taxing duties that come with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... lst season at stamford bridge, was the first time i saw that 4 -1-4-1 formation being used, and for some weird reason i feel a very strange negative vibe and well all know the outcome.the manager has come back with this formation and its not yielding result, but he still sticks with it.i do nt know much about formations dear friends, but if you are playing a slow dm
in arteta and a very very slow cb, then you are toast against quality
teams with sound tactics.wen playing wellbeck as a lone striker, i think 4 -2-3-1, will
work better, but if we have a
big player like oliver (boooos), thn we can try the 4 -1-4-1, thingy cos he can hold the ball for our midfielders to run
in.but on the overall, shame on wenger for not giving our defence a good cover DM.NO BODY PLAYS A SLOW DM / CB AND EXPECT TO B REGARDED AS CHAMPIONSHIP MATERIAL.IT HURTS GUYS, REALLY HURTS.
I would like to tell arsenal fan that the transfer window is not arsenal's problem.Let explain what is
in my mind.We need to reinforce our
team but we need to think
in the future that most of the high class players are going to refuse signing for arsenal fc because of Mr Wenger's philosophy. It looks like arsenal becomes cemetery of players. How many players came
in and left because of performance, became good players out of arsenal. We need to accept all of the transformation Mr wenger brings
in arsenal but now it does not work. Why??? because lack of tactics, strategies and pretending best players for Mr wenger mind but
in reality those players do not get standard of best player.Mr wenger wants to prove everybody that he is wright that players who are calling by wenger are best.I means Mr wenger is the only one can see all matter
in good position or bad.He is wrong by thinking this way.He does not like criticism.he is the mind of arsenal.Everything he can say or defend is wright.Think about morrinho comments about arsenal!!!! Why he likes to be arsenal coach!!!! One thing I want to say about arsenal players, I think everybody watch arsenal games. We have got short mind players who play two good games and the rest shameless. They are
working hard
in the training ground for catching Mr wenger's mind to let them play; what is behind their (players) mind to be the most regular players. Those players have no vision even ambition; they are never becoming high class and their carriers are going to finish
in arsenal after arsenal we are going to see them playing for championship. They do not care to become legend as Ian wright, Vierra, Berckam, piress, Henry... What is the
big behind their mind to use wenger name to be selected
in national
team. They are not able to face different leagues
in the world.
While PSG have sought to invest heavily
in big - name players and Galactico signings, Matuidi remains one of the side's most important names due to his immense
work rate and desire to run relentlessly for the
team.
to be honest his growing on me lately he has improved a lot but he makes the same mistakes when his
in our half with his panic passing to players who are marked, he needs to address that ASAP, and i would agree he has huge talent but needs to be loaned out to new arrival EPL
team to
work on his weaknesses and Arsenal is too
big a club for us to field a young player with one or two small shortfall's, same goes to AMN
The only thing which makes our
team unbalanced is playing the luxury item we bought called ozil.I thought he would need time to adjust to physicality of premier league so i supported him, but the guy hasn't improved he tries to dribble past ppl but runs into them somehow, tries to do showboating at unnecessary time which he fails to do miserably. And i see him giving too many back passes when he should drive forward. And the
biggest reason i stopped liking him as a player is bcoz of his sulky attitude. No passion or drive for the club, as if he wanted to be at some other club and is just doing the job without his heart
in it.He neeeds to be placed on the bench and make him
work hard to retain his place.Ramsey and coq
in middle with ox and sanchez on both wing and cazorla as cam will make us a more balanced midfield.
The Frenchman's
team talk did not seem to have
worked though as things were even worse after the restart and but for a great piece of
work from Petr Cech to deny Wijnaldum and then a failure from Mitrovic to make proper contact on a cross, Arsenal would have been
in big trouble.
Big teams work hard for the title, they invest
in good players and managers.
this window has just finished i am already thinking about who we will get for the january window we might try for khedira on a really low offer as he is free agent almost would help boost numbers
in midfield
in the new year as we will no doubt need to filling the numbers about then also i will hold my hands up and say i was wrong this morning for giving wenger stick and saying welbeck is rubbish i have been out
in the cold light of day and had a chance to reevaluate the situation and realized that this could be a canny shrew transfer on wenger behalf actually if wenger can turn the clock back and
work his magic on welbeck and get him scoring goals and improve his game then we could have a great underrated signing on our hands its wengers absolute trust
in him that might be what makes him a great player as this is something that he never had at old mordor if anybody can make him a world beater wenger can he loves this little pet projects improving players against the odds welbeck has the skillset to be high class player upfornt he just needs to
work very hard on his finishing i think once he gets a few goals under his belt he will settle
in fine and he is a
team player you could put him on the left against man city to shore up that side and he will put
in a great shift without a complaint that could be his
biggest asset to us or on the right whenever we need him there ithinkwenger might start himon the left against city to protect the left back against navas and i bet you if he does a great job we will take a shine to him quickly i am hopeing he will be one of those wenger gems that he finds and polishes up to a high finish i must admit i was annoyed as some other gunners were at not signing d / m and c / h but if wenger does win the league with this lot it will be his greatest win yet and what might play
in to our hands is the unpredictable nature of the league
in the last few seasons if we get on a good run at the right time we might be hard to stop look at city they should have never lost to stoke but the result is there
in black and white for all to see and i think chelsea will hit the skids after a while to just because cesc and costa are doing well now thats there main threat but
teams will
work out how to stop them as the season goes on and chelsea will become predictable i think we might just do well this season after all
This might end up looking like a bit of a plan if it
works out with timing,
teams begin to slow a little
in general and they would not like facing our
big bruiser who is only warming up.
Ozil as CAM, Ramsey and Jack behind him for easy games and Arteta or Flamini coming
in for tougher fights (here is our
biggest problem even those two are not up to standards of a good DM) It could
work but I am most scared of the
big teams as our core is still weak.
Listen its simple as ABC i remember the man utd match as soon as we moved Ramsey top his best position the match changed for us and we were
in the driving seat yet peeps will deny.Ozil and Cazorla i am still thinking of how any other manager will put them
in the same
team, and it will
work long term. This is not right. From what you are saying too we might as well sell Ramsey to a top
team which will play him
in his position and i also expect him to be less i njury prone and eventually becoming world class. Its so simple this thing i can tell you will not
work forever yet keep denying.Ozil and Cazorla
in the same
team a
big no.I want Cazorla
in his best position and that is no 10.
Despite everything
working out as planned Piquet was dropped from the
team halfway through 2009, at which point he came clean about the whole thing and «Crashgate» became one of the
biggest scandals
in the history of the sport.
If he change the sistem
in 4 -3-3 not 4 -1-4-1 (like a little
team who stay
in the defense to try to surprise
big teams), because we have 3 good players who can play strikers, Walcott, Welbeck, Sanchez, and if that don't
work can remove they to wingers or replace with Ox, Cazorla, etc..
Harrison's speed and prodigious
work rate will be a
big asset to a Middlesbrough
team still very much
in the promotion playoff race, even though they currently find themselves four points outside the last playoff qualifying spot.
for me I woukd have told Sanchez and Ox they were not playing u less they signed a new contract or window was closed... he chose to show them he wanta them but they both used it for their own purposes... As a result the whole pre season was lost as Wenger has played Lacazette and Kolasinac and what must they have thought not to be picked
in such a
big game... Wenger should then and always only pick players ready to
work hard for the
team... yesterday also showed we do nt need Ozil to play all the time... if he had come on 2nd half yesterday along with Sanchez the Chelsea players would be thinking WTF at our bench quality
I used to dream of Wenger stepping up to the board and Klopp to come
in before he went to Liverpool, Klopp has helped many young players step up and get pinched by larger
teams... While AFC has dropped a bit, I do think a manager who can keep players mentality grounded and keep up the hard
working ethic then we would be one of those
big teams pinching players where our youth failed to produce.
Truth is we do nt need 3 to 4 players its a More a mental issue the players need to maintain their focus Throughout the season of course every
big team needs to strengthen no doubt but this players have the quality to Do something special we just need that extra bit of belief that we can do it, Last summer it was a fitness coach we signed this summer we should look out for a top Psychologist, cause which ever player joins no matter how
big the player is if the environment you are playing
in do nt have the belief youve got, you either over
work yourself or you drop into the same mindset, Yes we do need to strengthen no we do nt need 3 - 4 players

in particular)-- generally poor
work - rate across the pitch and nothing like the backbone we showed against man city — handing dortmund initiative to top the group (we all know what finishing 2nd means)-- lack of hunger + desire — welbeck misses — still no joel campbell (who
in my personal opinion is a
big game / stage player)--
in all our «set - piece» training we totally forgot about the bread and butter of football which is making an impact
in open play
It hasn't all
worked out — especially on the Love end of things — but it's been enough to bring the Cavs from a
team capable of winning three lotteries
in four years to a
team capable of knocking off a juggernaut on the
biggest stage
in sports.
I seem to agree that Kawhi's not about the money, that he'd
work his ass off
in practice and
in a game to win for his
team... and i doubt Kawhi wants all this attention on him now... but given all these leaks from former players and media sources about leaving SA, getting more money and getting into a
bigger media market / shoe deal, that's not Kawhi at all... it has to be something / someone... looking at his camp... logically SAS wouldn't be leaking these unless they are nudging him to leave, and for what, for inevitably way lesser value
in whatever trade they get into.
Even if there isn't a
works team, it'd be great to see another
big motoring brand with rich motorsport history
in F1.
I think there might be a CDM addition for those
big matches but for lower
teams Xhaka and Ramsey should
work well... esp with the 3 CB's meaning Xhaka does nt have to go sliding
in as last defender!
poor infrastructure for a long long time Spain
big two have atleast a
team of five people from President himself they share opinion where to strength
in Asenal was the opposite» as long as i am here i will be the one who decide» running football club is a
team work not individual personal opinion and philosophy which never
work out for long time — he get away with it before he was bringing
in money for selling players and make Arsenal football club participants and not competetors any more
Strikers like Sterling and Oscar win matches against the smaller
teams, but
in a
big match they don't
work, mostly.
