pizza dough (a couple from my Gluten Free
on a Shoestring Bakes Bread cookbook, even the yeast free
pizza crust from the blog), and they've all
worked amazingly well.
Once the
pizza dough goes
on and is ready, you need to
work fast to ensure your
pizza crust does not burn.
I have used grated goat cheese
on top of
pizza before, but not sure how it would
work in the
crust.
