You need to implement stability ball jackknives, stability ball and ab wheel rollouts (my favorite),

planks, cable core presses and other core stuff that
works your abs effectively without wrecking havoc
on your back.
The obliques also
work at maximum capacity when you perform side crunches
on a stability ball or side
planks.
A 5 minute
plank DOES cause sweating, depending
on who you are, because your abs ARE
working.
Make It Better: First,
work on holding high
plank position (the top of your push - up) to build strength and stability.
If you don't have time for anything else, you can do a
plank to
work on your diaphragm breathing, strengthen your deep core, and engage your muscles that form the most important connections in your body.
Because of the isometric contraction of
planks, they also make your ab muscles
work more efficiently without placing the tension
on your back.
Practicing
Plank Position, and all variations is a quick and simple way to
work on your arm and core power.
Work on progressing to that high
plank position.
Dr. Wayne Wescott who co-wrote the American Council
on Exercise's Guide to Youth Strength Training believes that
planks don't
work the abdominal muscles to the point where they truly fatigue.
According to the Men's Health magazine, research shows that a
Plank with Arms
on the Ball is 30 % more effective in
working your abs.
And, sure, you could also
work on your abs with regular exercises: roll - ups,
planks, crunches and the likes.
Keep in mind your TA can be
worked with postural training and
on your hands and knees if the
plank feels to advanced (Workouts 1 - 3 have TA
work that are not as advanced as the
plank).
Instead, lengthen your abs and give your midsection a total overhaul by focusing
on core exercises like a pike
plank, trunk twist for your corset (transverse abs), side bends to
work your obliques, and Superman to
work the all - important (and often forgotten) lower back.
Get
on the floor and hold a
plank pose for as long as you can
work up to 5 minutes if you're a total overachiever, but that's not necessary.
I still have flab
on my abs (that I only notice when doing certain moves while
working out (i.e.
plank!)
I have been
working on my overall fitness more seriously than ever before for about six months, with some success (I can
plank for 2 - 3 minutes if you want to measure it by that standard lol and weigh between 59 - 62 kilos depending
on the scale and day).

Take it to a tyre centre and enlist their help... I had an alloy fail to come off the iron centre once (they do corrode nicely together)... in the end car was
on the ramp in the tyre place a couple of guys holding a large heavy wooden
