I tried swaddling, swinging, white noise and laying them

tummies or sides to soothe them but nothing
worked besides putting them
on the breast for hours

work to hold their heads up which helps in the next step which is crawling.

tummy, and doing exercises

work out, I would say 1 hr before as its no good for anyone jumping about

work on it and look at the positives and when other women say to me that I don't have a
tummy, or that I don't look like I'm a size 12 I tell them, «Look, here's the thing, I'm a master at dressing for my body.

I do have the Liz Lange Wear to
Work black dress from target, and it still fits, but is getting wear bumps
on the
tummy from multiple washes.
Also, pleated trousers are not my favourite, as they accentuate my already excisting
tummy, but I think these

on top show off narrower parts of my body.
