of dedicated strength time (where time exists I put it to 1 - 2 hr steep MAF hiking) and have naturally gravitated towards cutting firewood, digging soil, pushing wheelbarrows, dropping in the
kitchen and doing pushups or a plank, squats and presses with 2 × 25 # dumbells in the living room between stories to kids, plyometric jumps in the park etc..
