I
do a dedicated yoga session at least once a week to compliment my more intense circuit training, and I usually stretch during my
workout in short bursts if I'm
in the
gym, and after my
workout to make up for anything I missed whether I'm
doing a bodyweight or weight training
workout.
Whatever the case, knowing what your daily
workout is going to be, what machines or free weights you'll need, the order
in which you want to
do these exercises — will all come
in very handy
in a crowded
gym scenario.

The thing is, I like to be
in the
gym for 90 minutes (I factor the longer
workouts in to my TDEE) which means I add quite a few sets to the program — for example, on chest day, I will likely add a full exercise of presses with 4 sets and will also add a couple of sets to what's
in the program (i.e.
do 4 power sets instead of the listed 2).
Who has the time to spend 90 minutes or MORE
in the
gym 6 days a week
doing complex
workouts that would confuse a rocket scientist?

in the morning when I didn't have time to go to the
gym.

I didn't plan to have access to a
gym while I was away, so I collected a few of my favorite no - equipment travel
workouts to pack
in my suitcase; it turned out I was able to use the
gym at the condo my cousins were staying at just up the road — score!
You
do not need to go to the
gym to
do it, no equipment required and your body weight provides more than enough resistance to get
in a great
workout.
That way, you don't have to worry about getting to and from the
gym — you can just fit your
workout in quickly whenever you have the time.
I once
did a
workout like this at a
gym in the US and we
did them for 90 seconds so you can go as long as that if you can!
The short interval circuits

The simple fact is that a lot of guys
