workout programming, gearing up for the New Year's Challenge, and in today's blog post I
've got a great time - saving circuit you can do at home - with or without a little
equipment.

've relied on them for months at a time, while traveling, during the holidays and anytime I need to do a
workout and don't
have any fitness
equipment handy.

There are times when you
