I still incorporate running a
few times per week into my
workouts because I enjoy it and I'm proud to call myself a «runner.»
In the spring of 2011, I put the idea to the test by running very
few miles, 20 - 25 miles
per week, and focused on running fast high intensity
workouts 1 - 2
times per week.
That means
workout harder, but
fewer times per week.
I have been following a training plan since last year, I do yoga every morning and an exercise
workout every evening based on Abs, I run a
few times per week and go to the Gym a couple
times doing mainly rowing and cross trainer, I also have two horses and ride when I can.
The past
few weeks I took the
time to
workout at least four
times per week and not beat myself up when I missed a day at the gym.
My split and
workouts change all the
time, a
few things remain consistent - I train each body part one
time per week and prefer to focus on one muscle group
per workout.
