You could try some of the other lighter
workouts I post on my blog (and just leave out any exercises that you can't do with your arm).
I'm saving a load
of workout posts at the moment because I really want to get into fitness!
If you've been struggling to continue with the fitness goals you set for 2018, today's
partner workouts post is for YOU!
My workouts the past month have been somewhat lackluster — lots of walking and rest days (though both deserving of their time and place)-- which sort of explains why I haven't shared a
Weekly Workouts post in 4 weeks.

After having a baby back in June, tonight I had my
first workout post baby and it hurt soooo good thanks to Mimi Benz and her amazing spin studio «the sweat shoppe» in Toluca lake!
Hi Emma, I think the best type of exercise for you would be cardio (running and lots of walking) and also some lighter resistance training (see my Victoria's

epic workouts post consumption too!
These AMRAP posts have been so fun for me because it's the first time I've been able to gauge how many people actually do all these
silly workouts I post every week.
I mention this is the video, but I just want to emphasize that you should use HEAVIER weights than you used for the previous two
workouts I posted using this structure.

old workout post will surface and while most of them are fine, there are a few pictures that make me totally cringe.

I've got a lot more to share from my Stitch Fix & LUNA vacay in San Francisco, but I figured I'd break it up with a good
ol' workout post.
For anyone new here, I usually do a
recent workout post every couple of months to chat about the most challenging workouts I've done, fun new local fitness studios and events I've been to, and to share my fitness goals for the upcoming months.

With that said, hopefully it's understandable why my

I got a lot of good feedback on the full -
body workout I posted two weeks ago, so this week we're taking that same structure but focusing on upper body and core.
