workout yesterday morning before tackling my dreaded post-vacation email inbox.

Once again, I subbed an early
morning BODYPUMP class at the Bay Club
yesterday, and so I was up before the sunrise in my
workout wear, ready to rep it out.
Yesterday was the same story, eating only three nuts first thing in the
morning, and nothing else until 6 p.m. after my
workout.

workout yesterday and my arms are definitely feeling it this
morning (holy biceps)!
