My fitness journey throughout college was a bit of a roller coaster, but I still managed to try

just doing lots of light stuff, lots of yoga and cycling and running and walking and there like a rat on a wheel when they're not doing any type of weight training and it's
just basically burning too many calories and putting the body in this constant state of catabolism.
