I wanted to write this article and post a picture of myself to show you that you don't have to kill yourself with long hard
workouts every day to stay in decent shape.
It's important for you to realize that you DO N'T need to do 2 - hour marathon
workouts each day to get the body of your dreams.
When I would get really serious and say «right, no junk food, no binge eating, and
