Thanks for the info, I found 2 weeks ago, that I have a hard time of burning fats... versus carbs during training or maybe something else was going on (there was has been a change in my
workouts from morning to evening
too)... but I started eating 75g or so of carbs at night (with same training intensity,, mostly aerobic with 2
days of «speed») the following week my energy levels were back to normal... not sure I do so well in ketogenic state or perhaps I wasn't as balanced as I should have been (carb, protein, fat) or my body just isn't acclimitized to those things yet (ketosis)... working on it though...
If you are
too busy to get a regular
workout routine and make sure you are having five meals per
day, every
day — and who isn't these
days?
In fact, it should be done on your off
days too to help get ready for the next
workout or sporting event.

My calories are kinda higher
too on
workout days (Usually 500 - 600 more than normal) and on my off
days it is slightly high (100 - 299 more than normal).
If you are recovering for
days from a
workout, it is probably
too intense.

Know I am good and back to my routine but steel I am allowed to do just 40 min of

If you are well nourished on rest
days then you shouldn't need supplementation on
workout days, but a steady daily dose should be fine
