In my experience neither
works against a cat seriously determined to scratch or bite, but they can give you an extra second to get the cat in a cage.
Not exact matches
While both dog and
cat owners experience the stress relief of petting their furry friends, the fur — and skin and saliva — can
work against the feline.

Although TNVR was previously
against Pinellas County code, she
worked hard to set up systems that could prove TNVR was a humane and effective way to manage community

Even if your
