I don't have a doughnut pan, and I know they aren't expensive, but I wonder if these could
work as a loaf?

loaves rather than just one or maybe other people had to leave it in for a long time like me??? I noted someone else had the same problem but there was no solution given — any ideas are welcome

When a recipe in any savory dish like Vegetable
Loaves or Burgers calls for eggs
as a binding agent, then any of these will
work as an substitute for eggs.

worked with these substitutions - of - necessity: 1 Baked in 5 ″ x 9 ″ glass

as you commented jgentry, it was the perfect blend of almond and coconut flours so
as not to be almond flour dry or c - flour sweet.
The dough was a bit hard to
work with
as it was fairly sticky, but the
loaf came out fine!
Come home that night and quickly shape the
loaves, let rise
as you change or
work on supper, then bake.
To form the
loaf as a boule, invert the dough to a floured
work surface and fold the top, bottom, and sides of the dough toward the center.
I agree with you, a lot of bean and lentil
loafs are mushy, which is why I
worked so hard to create one that was
as close to the texture of a true meatloaf
as I could get.
Form into a
loaf and put into pan (a 9x5
loaf pan
works best but make sure it is big enough to hold all the sauce,
as it will bubble up).
This time, although I managed to make a bunch of mistakes (added an extra egg; started braiding
as one
loaf, not two; put sesame seeds on too early), it seems like it still
worked perfectly.
I personally love making our pumpkin and sunflower seed
loaf to accompany this soup, but the wholemeal version and the crusty white bread
work just
as well with it!
It still looked like crap, but, if you're totally against pancakes
loaves, this batter
works just
as well with the traditionally shaped stuff.

I give two options, choose which end result you prefer and go from there: bake without a pan for a true gluten free artisan bread look or bake in a round or springform pan for a more rounded

Set the option to pizza dough and repeated this step twice (kneading / proofing / resting) and did not take the dough out of the breadmaker and when the dough rose to a big ball (I was sceptical
as to whether it would
work), I selected bake option and lo and behold a lovely fluffy
loaf.

I'll be honest, although I haven't tried it, I'm quite certain this recipe would
work beautifully
as muffins or
as a
loaf of bread too.
The first time we actually put the dough in a baking tin for bread
loafs as we did not have a muffin tin available and that
worked out

works best where a cohesive texture is desirable — in spoon bread, casseroles, and savory
