Taking as a point of departure Radamés «Juni» Figueroa's Tree House - Club House, 2013, a sculpture / social platform built in the tropical forest of Naguabo, Puerto Rico, Stefan Benchoam (co-director Proyectos Ultravioleta, Ciudad de Guatemala), Pablo Guardiola (co-director Beta Local, San Juan), and Radamés «Juni» Figueroa (artist, San Juan) will discuss generosity as a tool, «tropical» strategies and methodologies, site specificity, networks of influence, and the ways of working in Puerto Rico.

It was all developed by UpProjects: a spunky little arts group that has been doing great work... Serena Korda's dust bricks are courtesy of this group as are the wonderful bird houses that have been sculpted and placed in trees in a London neighbourhood.

They redistribute it across warm / cold boundaries eliminating or lessening the difference across the boundary and may accomplish some work in the process like demolishing a house or making tree limbs sway or causing waves on the ocean.

To establish mondo, which is cold hardy to zones 5 - 6 in protected areas (against a house or under a tree) and spreads by underground rhizomes, start with plants placed every 6 to 8 inches apart in soil amended with 2 inches of organic matter worked into the top 6 inches of soil.

When I was done with cutting and drilling, I brought the tree stump candle holders into the house and arranged them in and around a boxwood wreath that I had actually purchased for another project, but just so happened to work.
