Some of the fibers that are great for feeding our bacteria colony are: inulin, fructo oligosaccharides, galacto oligosaccharides, lactulose, (a synthetic sugar), resistant starches, beta glucans, and mannan oligosaccharides, which are not accepted by the entire scientific
world as prebiotics.
