of the
world.45 Given the wide number
of contexts in which abuse occurs, these
services should be integrated with education, family health
services such as maternal health,
early childhood development, immunisations and adolescent health
services as suggested by a recent Child Maltreatment Readiness Assessment in South Africa.46
