It's my go - to no - stress incredibly easy dinner dish that allows you to take the
worry out of creating a large family
meal and focus more on your family!
My son was home for the weekend and as I often do when I head
out of town, I picked up plenty
of frozen
meals and other treats so he wouldn't have to
worry about cooking anything for himself and my daughter.

worry so much about ratios
of vitamins, minerals, percentages and weights starting
out and transitioning but as you are able to feed more variety
of animal protein sources, be sure to feed as close to the entire animal as possible, i.e. raw muscle meat, bones and the organs all together in the same
meal, in as whole an animal form as possible.
On this trip, I wasn't
worried about breakfast because it was already kind
of a «foodie» trip where I was eating
out with friends and family for
meals.
Those
worries aren't unfounded and bringing your kids in the kitchen requires ground rules to protect them, but if you keep tasks at age - appropriate levels, even toddlers can get help
out and start learning the basics
of making
meals.

worry out of it completely.
Somethings that may help are watching
out that your tot isn't getting a snack very close to a
meal, starting the
meal sooner than later so that hunger is not overwhelming, serve only one bite on the tray or table — so no plate or cup at this stage (you can bring them back in time when
meals are calmer again) be sure your 2 year old is safely secured in the chair so that you can eat in peace without
worries of standing up / toppling over becoming an issue.
