It's not that all breads are «
bad,» but rather that any
flour (organic or not) is much higher - glycemic
than its whole grain counterpart, regardless of whether it comes from sprouted wheat, whole wheat, etc..
My question is, would oat
flour be better or
worse or the same from a tolerance perspective
than the oats found in oatmeal or granola bars?
As Dr. Greger has pointed out here, some of these studies compare a high saturated fat (meat and dairy) diet to a high processed carbohydrate diet (white
flour, white rice, high glucose corn syrup and etc.) One
bad diet may not be
worse than another, and unfortunately the Western diet is unhealthy beyond just meat.
