I still stand by my claim that it is a great game, just

bad news is that Nintendo is releasing an HD version of The Legend of
Zelda: Wind Waker to tide you over until the new
game is available.
In July it's Pikmin 3, in August it's The Wonderful 101, and although the others haven't been confirmed yet it'll be some combination of
Zelda: The Wind Waker HD, Super Mario 3D World, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Wii Fit U, and Wii Party U. That's not a
bad line - up but the problem is that starting it all off is
Game & Wario... and it's awful.
The
game isn't as deep as a
zelda game, but it was awesome just performing tons of combos and whooping up on tons of
bad guys.
For me, Twilight Princess was the
worst 3D
zelda game, but WW also had some major flaws.

Being a fan of
Zelda because of it's gameplay, I think this
game is more about fan service than anything, which is not a
bad thing per sé, but in order to play this
game you got to get in the hype train.
The thing is, as what happen with
Zelda: Skyward Sword, Metroid: Other M was not a

Zelda Wiiu, despite being popular, Nintendo Pumps these
bad boys out too much for people to get excited for it, despite them being good

When it comes to
Zelda games, I'm a fan, obviously, and I loved Twilight Princess for many more reasons other than it returning to a darker tone, but Wind Waker just struck a
bad cord due to what was initially «promised.»

How can an action - oriented
Zelda game that serves up action in good 30 min + bursts be a

I understand cross-system release titles, like The Legend of
Zelda: Breath of the Wild at this stage of the Nintendo Switch's life cycle, but giving additional content to an old
game, asking consumers to pay full price for it, and then not allowing them access to it on its original, still manufactured console, leaves a

Zelda's essentially been the same
game since it debuted in 1986 but, in our opinion, that's not a
bad thing as each
game bought with it a few new features and varying graphical interpretations.
I don't think I've ever felt so
bad about completing a
game as I did when I finally saw the credits roll on Link's Awakening, both because I was blown away to play a proper Zelda adventure on my Game Boy and because the end of the narrative was that power

And yet, I bet you if you had taken the exact same
game and all you did was change the name to The Legend of
Zelda: Shadow of the Colossus and replaced the two leads with Link and
Zelda that the
game's reception would have been drastically
worse due to failed expectations.
Please don't make me repeat this again,
Zelda II was genre confused in a
bad way, there are some
games that blend it well and IMO
Zelda II did not.
Probably my least favorite
Zelda in a good long while, but by no means a
bad game, and definitely good enough to earn a spot on my personal top 10.
As I said,
Zelda BoTW wasn't a
bad game, and it's certainly a fan favorite.
On Wii U, they're down by 39.39 %, and there's nothing The Legend of
Zelda: Breath of the Wild could have done (though as mentioned above, the drop would have much
worse if not for that
game).
