There isn't
a bad performance in the film, even if some actors like Ecclestone and Paul Bettany are underused.
The worst performance in the film was from Tarantino, himself, as a slaver with an Australian accent (why?!?).

The strange thing for me about recent insipid
performances and disastrous results is that I am calm before the Spurs game.This does not mean
in the slightest that I am confident but it has now reached the point where it can't get much
worse.If we were still
in with a realistic chance of winning the league -LCB- not un-reasonable expectations of wins against Blackburn, Sunderland, West Brom and Liverpool would have had us ahead of Man Utd -RCB- I would have at best been hiding behind the settee or at

film bursts into a flood of music with a symphonic
performance by Mr. Cave and the

Certainly it's brought out the
worst in terms of the puerile writing, confused plotting, shockingly off - note
performances and storytelling that lacks either of the two necessary ingredients for
films of this type, pop or gravitas.
For the seventh straight year, we have analyzed both the box office
performance and overall
film quality of the seven - ish major studios and a few dozen of the larger «indie» distributors
in an attempt to determine the best and
worst studios of the past year.
A fairly new company (formed when distributors Variance
Films and GoDigital merged
in 2014), Amplify released nearly as many
bad films as good
in 2015, representing a slight decline from its first - year
performance.
Even
worse, the star doesn't even bother to phone
in a
performance — for most of the
film, he walks with a slightly dyspeptic expression.
For some, it will be very
bad news that Ritchie (who co-wrote King Arthur: The Legend of the Sword with Joby Harold and Lionel Wigram) stays
in his lane with this
film; if you didn't enjoy the look and pace and overall vibe of other Ritchie movies, such as Snatch or Sherlock Holmes, then you might feel that his often jarring and visually exhausting style could overpower the strong
performances from a great cast.
The
film treats Lucy as such a blank (or
worse: she strives to match her mother's poetic talents) that she can look vapid, but
in fact Ms. Tyler's
performance has small, distinct shadings.
Although the
film does contain a number of thespians that have done fine work
in the past, for some reason, all of the
performances seem particularly
bad in this one.
There are no
bad performances in Mr. Kaplan, but the
film is unquestionably owned by Noguera, with a great turn by Guzzini.
I was convinced I was going to be the one really
bad performance in a Woody Allen
film.
It's a stupid idea,
in other words, one exacerbated by the casting of the usual suspects of beautiful young things who here find themselves trapped
in a
bad rave by some twisted games master (Lance Henriksen,

performance you praise for his knowing how wretched the

Perhaps one of the best

bad film was Morgan Freeman's breakthrough
in «Street Smart,» portraying a vicious pimp using a journalist portrayed by Christopher Reeve to get off a murder rap without realizing that he too is being used.
Conquest isn't
bad (a good
performance by Roddy McDowall, who starred
in all the Apes
films except for the second Beneath the Planet of the Apes entry and plays his own son
in this
film helps), but it isn't really good either...
And about good
performances in bad films the first name that came to my mind was Ashley Judd and her fascinating
performances in Eye of the beholder, Bug and Come early morning; and Jessica Biel is also pretty good
in that awful mess named Home of the brave.
One would have thought that fine actors like Fishburne (Searching for Bobby Fischer, The Matrix) and Neill (Jurassic Park, The Piano) would have at least made the
film credible, but even they too turn
in their
worst performances to date.
But a wobbly finale doesn't detract from all the other wonderful things about this
film, such as the
performances from Kirsten Dunst and Sam Elliott
in supporting roles, and Adam Driver's unexpectedly sympathetic «
bad guy».

Although Voight does little to save Anaconda from collapsing from its own stupidity, at least he makes a knowingly
bad film almost tolerable, with a tongue -
in - cheek
performance that lets you know that he's aware that he's
in a crappy movie, and he's going to do whatever he can to entertain you
in the interim.
I must say that as good an actor as Cruise can be, his
performance gets
in the way more often than not
in this
film, as he painfully hams his way through the
film posing as a comedian, and a very

The Oscar - nominated actress doesn't deliver a
bad performance here even if Ronan herself has admitted to running on empty by the time
in which
filming started.
As for Kate Mara, I have yet to see a
bad performance from her, and even though she's not
in the
film that long, this one will stick with you for some time.
While Walton Goggins» villain is just as one - dimensional as everyone else
in this
film, when you pair his awkward
performance with unconvincing motives you're left with one
bad, whiny character.

worst performances I can think of

in Hurlyburly (

performance); Vincent Galo for Buffalo» 66; and Goodman
in The Big Lebowski.
Even
in bad films, her
performances are almost invariably singled out for praise, and she's possibly the most talented young
film actress of her generation.
In what may be the year's
worst performance, Seth McFarlane nearly sidelines the
film as a British blowhard named Max Chilblain, who underneath a
bad wig,
bad mustache and even
worse accent comes off as an abandoned Mike Myers character.
