writing TRAINING DAY and one of the greatest films of 2003, S.W.A.T., has had a pretty steady directing career so far, with films such as HARSH TIMES, STREET KINGS, and END OF WATCH taking up space on his CV.

I've

training before — many children are capable of controlling their bladders and bowels during the
day, while awake, but have simply not yet hit the physiological milestone where their bladders are capable of WAKING THEM UP and holding urine in all night.

My top tips are to set SMART goals and
write them down, quit bad habits (smoking, drinking, eating junk food), hire a coach, weight
train five to six
