Doctors who
write about diet are severely limited by their lack of familiarity with basic cooking methods.
In other words, get back to your barbells and beer, and let the pros
write about diets before someone desperate to lose weight actually listens to you.
If you are extremely health conscious, you may feel the need to
write about diets or exercise.
Please review what
I wrote about diet issues at the top of this page in the grey box and also keep in mind what was discussed above regarding the fact that urine crystals are often erroneously diagnosed and the fact that they are NOT necessarily an abnormal finding that needs to be «treated» with a prescription diet.

wrote about ketosis but he advised against doing this
