It has taken them two years now to finally be willing to address the
weight issues which resulted from the hormonal imbalances as a result perhaps of menopause however as a result of the extreme
weight gains the bottom of my lungs collapsed, I have now become diabetic and I have horribly high cholesterol as well as they have found something

However, there are some foods and drinks you should avoid
in order to start
gain weight even if there's nothing

OR, they go all out on a saturated fat binge fest on the
wrong food that contain some carbs, and then blame the fruit they had on their icecream, because their bodies

weight (it's still
in starvation mode).
This seems obvious (and appears easy to those who tend to

gain weight that is predominantly lean muscle and not just extra fat, at least not
