Not sure which is the best for frying delicious churros and I definitely don't want to ruin them by selecting
the wrong oil.

the wrong oil are ingested.

the wrong oil first.
It is either lack of oil changes, running the engine with too little oil, or using

If you did put
the wrong oil in the wrong place I would suggest based on your question that you take it to your local garage as if you haven't drained and replaced oils before it could be a challenge.

the wrong oil causing this to happen??? Would my dipstick really be running clear after 30 minutes of driving with the wrong oil??? Or did they forget to fill it up at all...
The wrong oil wouldn't, at leas not 10W30 instead of 5W20 would make no noticeable difference in 30 minutes.
I get a call later that day that they ordered
the wrong oil control valve.
I drop the car off and they call me later that day and say that the car not only is severely over-filled with oil, but that
the wrong oil filter is on the car.
Using
the wrong oil can do as much damage as not changing your oil at all.
Service did do
the wrong oil change - Conventional instead of Synthetic, but the service manager did make it right.
Some risks include using
the wrong oil or filter, not properly attaching the filter to the engine, and not using appropriate levels of oil.
Every oil isn't suited for every engine, and using
the wrong oil can even void the engine warranty.
