Often time's people expect to see results but they're not consistent or doing
the wrong type of workouts.

workout you are literally just wasting your time and will never see your 6 pack.
There's no point working your ass off, if you're going to come home after a
workout and binge on fatty foods that will only add the
wrong type of weight to your body.
Despite the tremendous benefits
of stretching I have lost count
of the number
of times I have seen people do an exercise session without any stretching whatsoever, or if they do stretch, they do the
