Could I use

I am not a big fan of Stevia and it's after taste so tried
Xylitol instead and I must say it tastes just like sugar.
I just made them, followed the recipe exactly except used 2.5 tablespoons of
xylitol instead of 3, and was pleasantly surprised how tasty they are.

You could try using 1/2 the amount of truvia
instead of
xylitol, but it might not turn out.

My regular readers will know that if you really need to watch your sugars, I recommend using
xylitol,
instead of coconut sugar.
And of course b / c of the candida diet I would use Ghee
instead of regular butter and I prefer Stevia to
Xylitol (due to the corn issue).
