yacon syrup it's delicious I'd maybe just avoid it unless your limit is at least 25 g net carbs a day.
So, I bought one bottle of
yacon syrup, so expensive and I can't take more than 1/2 teaspoon a day... I wonder
if mesquite powder is more tolerable and lower in carb.
