to understand for consumers, because we don't know that we should understand that yet.

yeah, we basically split the costs upfront for the marketing, and then since we're not cashing out the property so
to speak, we just did an appraisal on the property, because usually we're gonna finance out of it with a
bank loan... So now we have an appraisal, we know what we're all into it, so we have our equity in the property.
