But instead of feeling guilty, I'm just going to
blog when I can, start planning and scheduling for the new
year (good
stuff ahead!)
But since I already have mom's
stuffing on the
blog, I had to change it up this
year.
It's a mystery to me how I've managed to develop recipes for this
blog for six
years, but have never posted a single
stuffed pepper recipe.
I really love Peppadew peppers — I used them on my
blog earlier this
year and
stuffed them with tuna mayo and capers — a perfect Italian appetizer I learnt from my uncle.
There are times when I share a dessert immediately after making it (usually seasonal
stuff — I don't make my holiday treats too far in advance), and then there are times when somehow a recipe goes almost a whole entire
YEAR without making it live on the
blog.
I feel I'm a pretty young member of the
blog - reading community (18
years old), but I just love me some food and fitness, and you really know your
stuff.

years... and have loved hearing about all of your fitness adventures (marathon training, the nutrition plan with Jim, fitmixer, cycling, now barre) because it's helped give me an idea of
stuff I might want to try.
