I've had 2 kids via c section and after almost 2
years of doing yoga every single day, I also do lift cardio and started weight training and more toning exercises to slim my inner thighs and lift my butt and make it bigger.

I've been tossing around the idea
of doing yoga teacher training for a couple
of years...
Years ago, few
yoga studies were
done in the West, and most scientists dismissed Indian
yoga research due to methodological problems, such as a lack
of control groups in the studies.

of the fact that she has managed to
do yoga all these
years and still
does not own a single item
of clothing from Lululemon.
A lot
of people in the west practice all different forms
of yoga plenty
of which
did not ever exist more than 50
years ago or has been given some fancy name in order to attract people to
yoga.
When I started
doing yoga as a 12
year old and entertained myself with the idea
of reaching enlightenment by the time I grow up, the idea
of proper diet was starting to take a firm hold in my mind.
I regained my energy, and I'm now walking daily again,
doing daily hour - long sessions
of yoga (which I used to love
doing years ago), lifting weights 3 days a week, and
doing 20 minute HIIT workouts 3 days a week.
After a gap
of many
years I am
doing yoga again and loving it.
On top
of these goodies,
of course, I'll be
doing my annual stock - up on Smartwool socks, Hanky Panky thongs, Nordstrom's awesome fragrance - free lingerie wash (and yeah, probably a new wash bag while I'm at it), and Zella
yoga pants, which thankfully seem to be back to normal after last
year's icky fabric debacle.
I hope you get to
do yoga as often as you like and eat healthily so that you would have an abundance
of health this
year.
I
do yoga once a week but my work out regimen consists
of mostly running, and I've been
doing it regularly for almost half a
year now - it's been a goal
of mine to increase my endurance (and hopefully in a
year, my ability to run a marathon).
