issue also id like to know about coconut syrup... or sugar if it feeds candida i was following the gaps diet it was working well until i started eating kefier a fermented food i was also drinking the juice of pickles which seemed ok but the keifer is not working is my guess but its hard to trust myself

as though the candida has multiplied again and I'm having brain fog, fatigue, not sleeping well, GI
