I thought you should know —
in part because your bread recipes have inspired me to get a bigger jar of
yeast, so now I have to measure it out, rather than just use the

yeast granules sold on the grocery store shelves as opposed to the individual
packets that specifies that it is great for use
in bread machines, which is
yeast that can be added to dry ingredients.

That seems like quite a lot... I can only find «loose»
yeast (i.e., Red Star or Fleischmann's) that comes
in 7g
packets.
Another commenter mentioned dryness
in gf baked goods so I doubled amount of oil / butter, and just to make sure they rose I used a whole
packet of
yeast and doubled the amount of sugar.
