The Nobu restaurants offer world famous and special signature dishes, like
Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno, Tuna Sashimi Salad with Matsuhisa Dressing and Black Cod in Miso.
The hotel restaurant has just undergone a revitalisation with the opening of the Nobu restaurant, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, daily, with many of chef Nobu Matsuhisa's classic dishes, including Black Cod Miso and
Yellowtail Sashimi Jalapeño.
Although keeping many of the brand's signature dishes such as
yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno, the menu will also feature new creations using local ingredients such as exotic spices and the freshest seafood from the Arabian Gulf, such as black - streaked monocle bream.
One of my most impressive feasts looked like this: two orders of Jalapeno
Yellowtail Sashimi, an 800 calorie protein shake, 16 oz of steak, a bag of frozen broccoli (3.5 servings), two turkey burger patties, eight scrambled eggs, two strips of bacon, and a handful of almonds.
The usual meant an order of
the yellowtail sashimi salad and Ding's Crispy Chicken Sandwich.

Another reason to be very excited was the fact that the menu had some of the classic options such as tobanyaki, tiradito, traditional
sashimi and nigiri, black cod filets, etc. but it also had «Shoreditch specials» such as special sushi roll of unagi, cilantro aioli ikura and
yellowtail with jalapeño.
