California's groundbreaking efforts to promote better eating habits at school has lowered
consumption of fat and sugar but has
yet to deliver better nutrition
overall, according to a new survey.
The technology currently available for installing distributed renewable energy in developing countries can not
yet raise all of the world's poorest to the levels of per capita energy
consumption previously reached in the west, but developed countries are already reducing
overall energy demand and increasing energy efficiency, rendering historical patterns of energy usage the wrong benchmark for global standards in any case.
