I have been practicing yoga for over 12 years, and have since focused more on traditional Hatha practice with a slow
yin flow — avoiding the «push, push, push» you typically find in hot yoga.
In
yin flow the process of transition from pose to pose is as integral to the practice as the postures themselves.
