I practice
yoga daily even if it's just for a
few minutes, and I make it to an hourlong class three
times per week if I'm lucky — although since having a baby,
time has been tight!
I have been following a training plan since last year, I do
yoga every morning and an exercise workout every evening based on Abs, I run a
few times per week and go to the Gym a couple
times doing mainly rowing and cross trainer, I also have two horses and ride when I can.
