yoga styles like restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and qigong, a traditional Chinese movement practice.

Gap's Athleta isn't the only U.S. company that's expressed interest in carving out a piece of the fitness fashion pie, and other big brands
like Nike and Adidas have launched
yoga lines with a similar focus on
style.

So far I've lost 25 kg and find myself spending less time doing excessive long - distance sports,
like triathlons and half - marathons, and spend more time doing
yoga, Pilates, weights and short HIIT -
style (high intensity interval training) workouts for fast results.

yoga is great, but only if you enjoy it:) If you don't

yoga) that exhausts you - please do not subscribe to this class.
Flexibility training plays a part in all
yoga practices — reaching for your toes in a forward fold, twisting through your spine in Triangle Pose — but it may be most emphasized in practices
like Bikram, the
style of
yoga done in a room heated to 105 degrees, or Hatha
yoga.
If you
like to feel sweaty at the end of a workout, chances are you will actually enjoy some of the faster paced
yoga styles.
Does Yin
Yoga follow a sequential
style —
like Bikram
Yoga — or can poses be done interchangeably depending on needs?
At the other end of the spectrum, vinyasa
yoga is a much more athletic
style, featuring fast transitions between poses in a

like martial - arts kata.
