Oh and I love to run and only train 4 days a week:) I strength train full body 2 time a week and do
yoga those days too.

I live on a tract of wilderness, so walking a few miles a
day is super easy and I do that interspersed with
yoga when I'm feeling
too tired to get outside.

I'm not necessarily the norm — I've devoted countless hours to my
yoga practice every
day for more than 30 years — but I've seen tremendously positive results in my students
too.

too have always been confused when asked to» breathe deep into my lungs» and still to this
day have never quite understood what i am supposed to be guiding my body to do.
We have
too many
yoga teachers already, but what we need more of is a
yoga teacher who actually meditates EVERY
DAY and can teach this to others.
