Sorry you feel that way — I make it and use it as a
yoghurt substitute but if you don't wish to use it that way then there are plenty of other

Hey Ella, I made the Cashew Vanilla
Yoghurt, except I had to use way more Brown Rice milk than the
recipe called for.
In this
recipe we use muesli and thick
yoghurt for the bottom two layers and a simple but delicious blueberry smoothie
recipe on top, but we encourage you to use this as a starting points and try the technique with some of the other smoothies in the bundle or any smoothie of your own.

Yoghurt, it is a very high protein dish with Chicken, Quinoa and Greek
Yoghurt.
Think of all the
recipes with sour cream, or asking for the tartness of
yoghurt, and just adjust accordingly.
Pleased to see an egg white in the
recipe too, always have an egg white or 6 hanging about in the fridge or freezer (I freeze them labelling the amount on the bag, makes it easy to whip however many I need for a
recipe), this also adds to the protein content of the bars along with the
yoghurt content.
We use Total Greek
Yoghurt, it's so thick and lush, we like the full fat kind, but you could use the 0 % or 2 % in any of the
recipes.
I usually have around a quarter of a tub left when I feel I need a fresh tub so have been looking at
recipes to include
yoghurt and have been compiling a folder of things to try.

yoghurt instead of cream — in fact the original
recipe called for
yoghurt but i did nt have it so used cream instead.
Instead of having to make coconut
yoghurt at home, my
recipe requires a cup of already made coconut
yoghurt.

As it's more difficult to buy small pots of plain
yoghurt here in the UK, I have converted the
recipe into grams for you.
After all this perusing I was out of time and now didn't have all the ingredients for any of the cakes I found so I improvised, using my Lemon Olive Oil cake
recipe but swapping orange and cardamom for lemon and making my own buttermilk as I forgot to buy

When it comes to serving chia pudding, I love adding some fresh fruit or berries, coconut or Greek
yoghurt or layering it up with turmeric granola (you can get the
recipe here) for an extra crunch.

yoghurt - Top it up with granola (be generous) Now rest.
