yogurt, right before dinner when you're feeling snackish — whenever.

Or you include them in a meal or

afternoon snack» and then pair them with fruit and
yogurt as an example.
Since your lunch was probably satisfying you may not be
as hungry for your
afternoon snack, so you can have something small like one piece of fruit, or a small container of
yogurt, or even some more vegetables.
