While I'm not a fan of cereal, I do like to start my day with a little crunch sometimes, so that's where this tahini
yogurt bowl with super seeded granola comes into play.
Whether you're entertaining or on the go, jazz up your ordinary
yogurt bowl with one of these three unexpected topping combinations.
I am Swiss after all I always have raw cacao powder in
my yogurt bowls with stevia — it is so so good.

yogurt bowls with granola and cacao nibs for a chocolatey crunch.

Try mixing it
with yogurt, a smoothie, or a
bowl of oatmeal.

Bowl — This pretty hot pink smoothie
bowl is made
with frozen pitaya, frozen raspberries, Greek
yogurt, almond milk, granola, chia seeds, pomegranate seeds and fresh raspberries.
In a
bowl add
yogurt, one cup of water, raisins, red chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt in it and whisk it well
with a whisker or fork.
When ready to serve, ladle into
bowls and top
with lemon slices, a dollop of plain
yogurt, and cilantro!
In a mixing
bowl mix the chia seeds
with the almond milk, coconut
yogurt and the coffee.
Once thickened, place 1/2 cup of the sauce in a small
bowl and mix it
with the Greek
yogurt, then add the mixture back to the pan and stir to combine.

Sunday morning I woke up and had a big

In this
bowl I mixed plain greek
yogurt, 1/2 golden delicious apple chopped and microwaved
with cinnamon, some spoonfulls of pumpkin puree, some apple sauce, a blob of my Cranberry Pumpkin Butter (so good!)
My oldest daughter and I are a little more «civilized» than Sweet Pea, and we enjoy ours crumbled in a
bowl over greek
yogurt with fresh strawberries.

Mung Yoga
Bowl - The kind of

yogurt dolloped over a hearty
bowl of mung beans and quinoa, finished
with toasted nuts and a simple paprika oil.
Place the chicken breasts in the
bowl and cover
with the
yogurt mixture.
In a small
bowl, beat the eggs

yogurt, lemon zest, melted butter and vanilla.
In another

In the summer, a smoothie

yogurt and fruit are just fine, but in the winter, I need and easy, quick breakfast that will fuel me through my workout and warm me up from the inside.
In a medium
bowl (or stand mixer
with paddle attachment), whisk the eggs, add in the greek
yogurt, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice and whisk until smooth.
For breakfast, I had a
bowl of Greek
yogurt with frozen blueberries.
Ladle soup into

One of my personal favorites is to make - ahead personal
bowls of uncooked oatmeal topped
with frozen berries and
yogurt.
