since I started using
yogurt in chocolate
cakes, I'm finding it hard to stop using it.
I also love using the greek
yogurt, skim milk and apple sauce to keep it more on the moist side,
since cooking with protein powder can yield a pretty dry
cake.
It's perfect for this, too,
since the Greek
yogurt yields a softer, not - quite - as - forgiving
cake.
