I pretty much stick to the basics with
yogurt mix ins... cereal (puffins, kashi, bran),
berries, banana, flax, and thats about it!

I love the coffee chia bars dipped into a big scoop of almond butter, acai
berry bars with a few slices of creamy brie, banana nut chia bars crumbled over some full fat
yogurt or vanilla almond chia bars crumbled with some nuts to make a crunchy trail
mix.
I prefer to
mix mine with flavored greek
yogurt, some
berries (blueberries, strawberries etc.) and soy or almond milk.
meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the dried
berries and candied ginger, and
mix it with the
yogurt, egg, and balsamic vinegar.

Twist and turn the broken cake pieces a bit and arrange with random dollops of whipped cream,

We had no buttermilk so I used
yogurt, and my Beloved pouted at the suggestion of apples, so left out the cinnamon, added a teaspoon of vanilla to the wet ingredients, then put in a cup of frozen
mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries and boysenberries).
I typically

yogurt, orange juice, cup of
berries, and ice.
