I was
very hesitant to make this

Like another reviewer here commented (Petra) there was nothing quick about this 22 minute chicken masala... By the time I was finished washing, slicing, cutting and cooking everything I was in about 3 hours... I doubled this
recipe... It came out
very good looking just like the photo at the top... Some people here commented that the
recipe was bland so I added a 3/4 teaspoon of both cumin and coriander powder to the sauce... Nothing bland about this... It was on the spicy side... Not marinading the chicken in
yogurt didn't make much of a difference... I used chicken tenders... When are they ever tough or chewy anyway...

very versatile meaning its easy to substitute with other ingredients if you cant get your hands on something or don't have it at home, it is also
very versatile in the fact that your can eat it many different ways, you can have it with milk fresh or soaked (although it does digest better when soaked), you can have it with fresh fruit, add it to your porridge, put it on acai bowls, with
yogurt, frozen berries or warmed berries, you get my drift hey
I doubled the
recipe to make a layer cake, I only had 6 large bananas, so I added a few extra tablespoons of
yogurt and it still has
very good banana flavor.
